Jugaar Retail was part of the Spontaneity as Design: Jugaar and the City exhibition | Design Summit 01 |

Through on-site research and close interaction, we identified the needs of Alila, a 36-year-old chana chaat vendor in Delhi Gate, Lahore. Observing her daily challenges, we designed a flexible and convenient cart that improved mobility, organization, and efficiency, making her work easier and enhancing her livelihood using "Jugaar" principles.
